Net Tech Inc. has extensive experience in the Property Management field. We have provided assistance for Property Management companies: strategic planning and design, system selection, and system installation, business re-engineering, customized report and application development, daily information systems support, helpdesk, remote support, 24 hour support, and training on many different applications. Within our staff we currently have several real estate certifications including Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management, Real Property Administrator (RPM) from Building Owners and Manager’s Association (pending), and Washington State sales and broker’s license. Net Tech Inc. was founded in July of 1994 by Dave Watkins designed around the concept of spending more time with each client. This also included the idea of learning the technologies implemented deeply – which was in contrast to previous experiences of working for other companies that presented him as the "expert" for technologies he’d never seen before. Since then, with people and thoroughness as the focus, the company has grown to now include fifteen employees and now supports a broad range of experience and skill sets.
