In October or 1995, Net Tech Inc was founded on the idea that not every business wants to have its own full time IT staff, but would be better off leveraging skilled network technicians. We saw that many businesses were focused on their main business and didn't want to get distracted by the complexities of setting up and managing an IT department and IT staff. Managing the training, certifications, hiring, and management of IT staff is a large task in and of itself, so we offered to leverage our skill sets across a number of companies, providing personalized face to face support for companies without the burden of an IT department. Our goal was to provide the best self-managed flexible and highly skilled services in a cost effective way.
Over 20 years later, we are living that goal, managing IT functions for many companies, for a variety of company sizes from 3 to 70 strong. We provide all facets of IT departments including support services, custom software development, telephony solutions with a special emphasis on Yardi solutions. We have shied away from the more impersonal remote managed services where your primary interface with your IT support is a remote session and a telephone call. While we do a good deal of remote support, much of our work is face to face, working with customers, being part of the team solving business problems and deploying and supporting the full suite of technological business solutions.
