Yardi Services

In 1997, NTI did it's first Yardi installation.  Since then with many Yardi versions later, NTI is experienced in all sizes and types of Yardi implementations.  We have a broad range of experience deploying Yardi solutions as well as developing custom reports and solutions.  

Yardi Implementations

NTI has performed Yardi Implementations of almost every size and type, from Genesis to Voyager, from Advantage to Enterprise.  We work as your IT representative working closely with Yardi in all phases of implementation, from initial scoping and pricing to all phases of deployment, including data conversions.  We also provide ongoing support following he implementations and can act as your SPOC (single point of contact).  

Custom Software Development

NTI has a long and deep level of experience working with the Yardi database, supporting clients who have unique needs for special custom reports, custom integrations with other systems, and custom solutions that talk to the Yardi system.  Working closely with Yardi, we work out the best solution for your company that meets your unique needs.  

Training

NTI performs various types of Yardi training, including core Yardi, Construction, Maintenance, and other Yardi tools.  We can do the training in person or remotely, depending on your needs.  We can customize the training to meet the skill level of your staff.   We also help coordinate and present at the Pacific Northwest Yardi Users' Group meetings.
